Subway

You know when you go to subway it a dice roll. This one keeps their ingredients fresh.

Food quality was perfect and there was no line to speak of. The woman who made my orders was also nice. However, I did go inside with a coupon that reads “Buy ANY sub and ANY drink and get a free 6” sub of equal or lesser price.” Before ordering, I asked the employee if I could buy a foot long and apply the coupon to a second sub at 6”. She said yes. So she made the foot long sub and just before toasting it asked if I needed anything else. When I showed the coupon again she then said I could only buy a 6” to apply the coupon to the second, free 6”. It did not make any sense to me to do it this way, but I did not want to make a scene while other customers were present. But no where on the coupon did it say foot longs were exempt, in fact it says ANY. So the worker took the toppings off the sandwich and put the bread back in the storage area and proceeded to make my order a 6”. I fully understand that misunderstandings occur but the coupon seemed pretty clear to me and I feel a missed opportunity for great customer service occurred. Subway is my favorite sub place and will always be. If I am in error in understanding the coupon, I would rate 5 stars.

Subway has been around a long time and always provides great subs on hot fresh bread. Their meats are good as is all their produce. They have a decent selection and the restaurants are always clean and organized with good service. Sometimes you just want a fresh subway sub made to order, just the way you like it.
