Logan's Roadhouse

Logan's Roadhouse is one of our favorite restaurants to visit when we are in Albany. We have many memories of good food, and unforgettable birthdays.;) But what sticks out in my mind is how a manager always visits our table between the time our food arrives, and our departure. To me, this says that they are very aware and attentive. For a high end steak house, you can't beat the price, and that's what we consider most when dining out. The value for the dollar can't be beat! And those blessed peanuts, always keep the kids happy. :)

My steak was really overcooked. The manager could care less about your food allergies. The free bread and peanuts were great. The hot plate with a good idea. The steak came out almost as fast as the salad so you don't get a chance to eat a salad. No A-1 steak sauce or sugar packs at my table.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary, and I will be dragging her back if I have to for my birthday. The peanuts were a nice touch, but my favorite was my steak. You can order any steak "Brewski Style", which comes smothered in beer-battered onions. It's a tad pricey, but the service and food was excellent. My T-Bone was cooked perfectly, and thinking about it again is actually making my mouth water. If I wasn't going to get home at midnight I might stop by to get another one.
