Quality Inn at Albany Mall

People make all the difference. The front desk fellow we met this afternoon was gracious and accommodating. Thanks Quality we will be back to patronize again.

Sadly this was one of the worst condition quality ends I have ever stayed at. While the staff were some of the best people who ever took care of me, the facility itself is wretched. It took 4 hours for the Room to cool down a single degree, it was so humid the floors were damp, the edges of the shower door had mildew, it was a walk in shower no tub available, the carpet was unraveling near the door, and the pool was unusable because it was cloudy and was being treated in the middle of the day. Normally I find quality in to be good value for the money. The only positive things I can offer about this particular quality in is that they have outstanding staff at the front desk, there is plenty of hot water to shower in, and the sheets are clean.

Jessica and Holly took very good care of me when I was in town for my Father's Memorial Service. I am from Albany and this was my second stay with Quality Inn. Roomy rooms and great location for me when I'm in town visiting. I'll definitely be staying there again.
