Hands down the best Asian food in Albany. I've spent years traveling and living in Asia and this is as close to authentic you can get Stateside. There are a few items that I don't think belong on the menu, but for our area it makes since. Avoid those and everything else will melt your tastebuds. The Thai Tea is phenomenal, Pad Thai and Tom Yum will have your stomach crying for the next time you can eat this tastiness. That is, if you like Asian food after all. I've had about 50% of the menu already and don't have any complaints. Careful on your spiciness, because if you ask for too much it might ruin your experience. It's also a little too hot for comfort in the restaurant, so you probably want to take it to go. Prep takes a while, but it's worth every second. The owner and chef are also nice, genuine people. I'll eat here for as long as I can. Vegetarians and carnivores welcome!

Thai Kitchen has amazing cuisine. They cook your food when you order it, so it is fresh. It is made to your taste with no heat to set your mouth on fire hot (seasoning). Great variety of Thai food. Call ahead for order to avoid a possible long wait.

Ordered pork Pra-Nam. It has curry, but the heat is fine. Curry had a sweetness, like maybe coconut milk? Jasmine rice brings heat down a notch too. Veggies were great, not overcooked. Portions were just right, not too much. Albany has needed this for a long, long time. I'll be back, thank you!
