Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

The food is well cooked, the place is clean. Great variety and nice clientele. The waitress doesn't seem to know what's going on, but it is more of a help yourself kind of place anyway. Price is a little high for a big family but it's the typical rate so I wouldn't take away a star for it.

I came to Golden Corral- Douglasville about a month ago, and meant to write a review. During lunchtime on weekdays you can really get a bargain for fresh food at about $10 per adult. On this visit, I enjoyed a delicious salad with fried chicken, fried fish, fried green tomatoes (I skipped the gym this day, obviously) a baked potato and some veggies. Everything was hot and fresh. I do not really care for buffets, but I realized that the lunch is pretty good and I prefer the weekday to the weekend because there is less people. My dad likes to come here on weekends, and my husband enjoys coming for brunch options. I the like fried chicken wings and we were able to get four (between two adults) on this Tuesday. On Saturdays, it seems like you are lucky to get a leg, let alone a wing because it is so crowded and this location serves mostly large pieces to accommodate the crowd. Golden Corral is also ideal for kids, because you can let them try the pizza, veggies etc. and if they do not like it you can always try something else. Overall this location is okay :)

This place was amazing. This was my first time going to Golden Coral and it was a great experience with buffet options that they have. I heavily recommend to those who want to have a buffet to go to with fily and friends.

Corral is good however there needs to be better control with the young kids. Messing around too much with the food. Also food needs to be hot. Always look like it's hot due to water steam but, when you put on plate and eat its like warm.

I have visited many Golden Corrals over the years but I must say this was one of the best. The management team was overseeing the operations, the food was fresh and the service was outstanding. The store was clean and even though it was rush hour the buffet lines were kept full with fresh hot food and kept clean. Kudos to the staff and management of this Golden Corral.
