I actually love the food. The Brown Stew Chicken is my favorite. They always load your plate with food and they are not stingy with the gravy. However, they are always out of something. The last 2 times I went there for food they didn't have any Brown stew chicken and it was like 3 hours left until closing time. Mac-n-cheese was not fresh either. I also called one time and spoke to one of the women to find out what time they were gonna close for the day and she couldn't tell me. She said it depends on how the mid-day rush goes. ???????? All-in-All, the experience is hit or miss. It might be pleasant and then another time it might be frustrating to even go there for them to tell you that they ran out of food.

The jerk chicken was amazing and juicy
It went very well with the rice and i loved the coconut cake they had. Best Caribbean food I've ever had. Would recommend. ????

This restaurant is nice and clean with a smooth atmosphere. The food itself, needs more authentic seasoning. The seasoning taste like a budget knock-off seasoning. I brought the curry chicken with rice and beans. The rice and bean was very bland. However, you are serve a great portion for the price in comparison to some other Caribbean restaurants. Another thing, I only had one piece of potato in my curry chicken, my spouse plate had two pieces. I will probably give this place another chance.

After a bad experience at Caribbean Kitchen Bar & Grill I found Golden Krust a few miles away. This is where I experienced a better atmosphere...better service...better options at a reasonable price. The food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My new Douglasville pick for authentic and tasty Jamaican food...with a smile.
