STARR Hookah Lounge

First off let me say ,the food is delicious and the vibe was very laid back and chill... but service and timing was terrible took 30 min just to order our food....then my husband's food came as I sat there for 15 min. Waiting for my meal. As I waited I watched the same thing happen to other tables.... All I can say is for a chef that flaunts his face and background on the website... he should know better then to just send out food at random.

I gave 3/5 stars because the hookah was bad and it took 1 hour for my food to come out. They were bringing the food out one at a time for our party of 6. Drinks were good and strong. I ordered the curry chicken and it was alright but the white rice wasn’t cooked all the way (crunchy and mushy at the same time) and chicken breast was cut in chunks. The blackened salmon was delicious!!!

First impressions count and I was impressed. The vibe, the food, the fishbowl was everything. I'll be back!!!

We went to Starr Food Lounge last night. It was a complete different experience than the other establishment that used to be there. It wasn’t super packed, they were on top of sanitizing, the food was great, the drinks and the DJ were on point, plus the Hookah wasn’t overpriced. I feel like a lot of people don’t know it’s there yet but I definitely recommend going to check it out. Will definitely be returning 🤞🏾😊 I got the Jerk burger and seasoned fries with a West Coast drink, my date got the Blackend Salmon burger and they were both delicious.

I brought my sister here for her birthday. We met old and new friends there. I love everything we ordered. The blackened salmon with spinach and rice was tasty and moist. The oxtails were flavorful and tender. We all agreed we had the best sangria and banana pudding we ever had. The service was excellent.
