People always nice and the place is always clean and they serve good food

Visited on 02/15/2019 during the evening hours and I believe there was one other customer inside the store and no one in line. About 4 employees were present and most appeared to be friendly, except for the young girl who waited on us. I don't believe she ever actually spoke and just looked at us when she was ready to take our order. When ringing up the order the total popped up on the register and she just waited until I presented payment. Absolutely no response from her, period. Realized we did not get napkins and there were none sitting out for customers, but I was not about to bother the aforementioned employee who clearly would rather be somewhere else. In addition to the employee issues, several tables were dirty with liquid spills and just needed to be wiped down. To top it all off, while walking back to our vehicle we witnessed a pretty heated exchange in the parking lot between a couple of male subjects and we quickly left before the situation became violent. Overall the food was good, but the employee mentioned was really unfriendly and the surrounding environment is not safe. We don't like being in fear for our lives while out on the town, but unfortunately the Douglasville/Douglas County area has really took a turn for the worst. We came from the nearby mall which is a somewhat safer location with a heavy law enforcement presence - due to area crime - and apparently we should have stayed there to eat! Nextime we will stick with the Subway mall location where it's just a little safer and the staff are usually friendly.
