Service and food was good. Would have 5 stars except... they left off my pepper ????

First of all we walk through the door and a few of the female employees had hair bonnets on from the beauty supply store. In what capacity is that even okay. They appeared not to have any sense of organization. That level of professionalism is something I hope to never see again in another restaurant. This looked to be a fairly young (in age) staff that perhaps needed someone from upper management their to help better guide them.
