I used to love crystals the bread was steamed perfectly they gave you plenty of onions I always ask for extra and never get it the bread's a lot thicker than the meat of course it's supposed to be thin but it seems like it's got a little thinner the frize was cold I like my hot and salty

Even though the computers were down they still took my order, got it out fast and got it right. Most other places would have shut down. Great please thanks for the good meal.

Although the service was a little slow I had to pull up the staff was super nice. When your presented with awesome customer service you don't mind accommodating the restaurant if your asked to pull up!

I just wanna say that on this day this store was absolutely slammed. I overheard that a lot of people had called out and most of the staff this day was new. Darius took our order and was doing an exceptional job handling a very stressful situation. The manager was also working her butt off in the back. They were both taking orders, making food, and running the drive through. In all of this craziness several incredibly disrespectful people were in the store being extremely rude to these poor people who were working their hardest to get through a rush with a new staff. People sometimes do not understand that in those times of stress the thing you need most is kindness instead of disrespect. If you all ever do see this I hope you know I understand what it’s like. It took everything in me to not scream at that woman. And I think we all know who I’m talking about. I wish we could’ve broken that fifty cause we would’ve tip your whole staff for working so hard and keeping a smile on your face even with all of those rude people raising their voices at you.
