McDonald's

The gentleman that messed up the order decided to get loud and argue with me when I told him he was wrong. The manager stepped in fixed the incorrect items and told the employee to go to the back. Another customer stated the employee had just had a similar argument with another customer whose order was wrong. Maybe if the employee took out his earbuds while taking orders he wouldn't confuse a quarter pounder with cheese with a #9.

We've always had pretty good experiences at this McDonald's. The employees are polite and quick, the food has always been hot and accurate, and (with only a few exceptions over the past 6 years) we've never had to wait long to get our orders. We do try to go outside of peak hours, so I don't know if that makes a difference, but that's just a personal preference. All in all, a great place for a quick bite!

I don’t know who the new Manager is but this place has done a 360!! Amazing Customer Service here! I pass 4 McDonald’s to and fro from work and I will wait to get to this one before I even consider the rest! Good Job McDonald’s in Rincon Good Job!

They were really busy so I expected the fries to be a little hotter than they were. And I ordered extra tartar sauce on my fish filet which was way more than I expected. But overall the food was good.
