Burger King

Well it's a great place to go and get food but the time you have to wait on the food is horrible.

The service itself was friendly... with the exception that they were out of several items that they didn't tell me about until they gave me my order i.e No lettuce for my sandwich, No specific sauce for my nuggets, No specific sauce for my mozzarella sticks. They had little to No traffic and my sandwich was dry, Not fresh. The lobby was clean and behind the counter was... decent. Since I don't live here and was only passing through I only have 1 experience to go off of, but I will most likely Not return.

Really slow drive thru. Went a couple weeks ago and I had to pull up to wait on my food. After about 15 minutes I went inside which I hate to do these days and they had given my food out the drive thru to someone else. They had to make my food again so it was another 10 minutes of waiting. The food was good when I finally got it just always really slow even when you don't have to pull up and wait.

Usually I have a very pleasant experience with Burger King however today I could tell they were very understaffed.
I gave them a four because that's what I would normally give them

Service is usually friendly.
Orders are usually correct or easily correctly.
They have good coupons.

Today I had to pull around twice for lack of answer in the drive thru. Then I was told to pull up. No problem at least my food was hot.
But the poor guy who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Another customer pulled out without his food and they thought it was my order and then I wasn't given my fries for my 3 dollar double cheeseburger meal. I also had already asked the guy to go get my drink because he forgot to bring it out. I will go back. Just disappointed.
