Very nice staff. Food was good.

Service is poor, waitresses are rude. The cleanliness is poor, tables are always dirty. Wait time to be even knockledge was poor. Waited longer than we should for them to bring our menus. But the food is GOOD

I have visited The Ordinary Pub many times now, it isn't a small space overall, but feels cozy. There is typically live music on weekends, we usually ask to sit in the side of the dining room away from it though because it can get pretty loud. (we learned our lesson after getting sat right in front of the speakers once on the bar side) We have always had friendly servers and any issues were corrected quickly and without any complaints. I only rated 4 instead of 5 because there are a few times where food that is cold (even from a visual standpoint) was sent out, they are willing to fix it which I appreciate. I just wish it wasn't something that was a common occurrence. Aside from this, again the food is really good. I normally have the chicken tacos, and enjoy the loaded fries as well. It's a good place to bring a group (when that is safe again), I will say their seating arrangement for the current situation is pretty adequate. You don't feel uncomfortably close to anyone and they seem to do a good job with sanity practices. When you're in the area give it and it's sister location "Common" a try. You won't be disappointed and any issues will be corrected quickly.

Love it but the waitress who waited on us needs a new attitude and staff shouldn't be arguing with each other in front of customers but love the food

If you have a bad waitress, just try another shift! We've been 3 times and let me tell ya...3rd times the charm. Jazz is a sweetheart. She cooked an amazing steak, eggs and bacon...and when I told her she was so humble and kind.

Come to find out, she was the Assistant Manager! She had such a wonderful personality that you don't usually see in higher positions.

My husband regaled her with stories and she was so kind and patient...even though she was busy.

Mary was a good waitress. She was nice and our drinks never went empty. She did this all while being very busy!

Still waiting on our load...so I got the opportunity to go again. The Oreo pancakes and sausage gravy and biscuits were good and Melody was sweet and did a good job.
