We love this place. It's a tradition for us to eat here every time we travel to Blue Ridge. The hot wings are very unique and delicious. It's a great buffet with a nice variety. I've never been a fan of their desserts, it could use some improvement. Maybe, just limit the dessert section to a couple of things and put more effort into what is offered? It's always a mess by the desserts, which is a shame because we enjoy everything else about The Village.
Great breakfast buffet. Lots of choices. Maybe a bit pricey for Blue Ridge ($11.99 plus drink I believe). All you can eat!
Great home-cooked veggies diffent meat fried Chicken plus fish all on the buffet. They have a menu also, a, our son loves there hamburgers.. Sunday they have a bunch of deserts on the buffet. Give them a try they have been around for many of years..
The BEST pancakes we've ever had!!! We are from out of town, so it was a bit confusing when you walk in. This isn't a fancy chain restaurant, so don't expect to be greeted and seated when you walk in. Order your food at the front, pay & and grab a seat. They will bring your food to you when it's ready & refill your coffee (several times). We aren't buffet people, so I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon (perfectly crispy) and biscuits & gravy. My husband ordered eggs, ham & pancakes. He literally had to hit me with his fork to get me to stop eating his pancakes :) Everything was amazing. Sometimes the best places to eat are those you least expect. Also, the staff was friendly & bathroom was clean. Definitely a good place for breakfast!
