Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We JUST went through drive thru, (my husband last minute added fried mushrooms to our order) we pulled up, paid, got our food and I checked our bag right before pulling off and didn't see the mushrooms. No biggie, husband went in to get them and they asked for a receipt but we didn't get one so I came in and Christina (Almost positive that was her name) immediately apologized and said it was her fault, I told her it was fine. But I just wanted to say how well she handled the situation, people like her make people feel appreciated and valued, my husband and I just wanted to say THANK YOU to her, and to let her know that SHE is appreciated and valued.

I like this place. I like the atmosphere and the food. The service is pretty much what you expect in a fast food chain, but most of the time they get it right.

Clean location with speedy and accurate service despite busy lunch time on a Sunday after church. Food is consistent good flavors and value.

The chicken fingers were delicious and so was the cole slaw. The atmosphere was nicely casual and the cashiers were very friendly. I really enjoyed our lunch that day and will be going back real soon.
