Burra Burra on the River

Very nice place with great help. Our waitress Renae was friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were very good. Riverside seating was great! Will definitely eat here again. $$$

We ate at Burra Burra today for lunch. We had been hesitant to try the restaurant due to the initial negative reviews. However, due to a trend for the past months with many positive reviews as well as professional responses from Management (Karen) we decided to give it a try. We could not have been more pleased with the great staff, quick service and good food. Our waitress was Renee’ and she was pleasant, attentive and took care of us in an efficient manner. As soon as we finished our meal our plates were cleared by a young man passing the table. All of the staff seemed to be working hard together to create a positive customer experience. Karen stopped by our table and thanked us for coming in and said she was working hard to earn a good reputation within the community. We will be back and will encourage others to give Burra Burra a try!

Excellent experience, especially considering that this is a relatively new restaurant that's still working out the kinks. All of our seafood entrees were well done, and the sides were fantastic. Oysters on the half shell were fresh and delicious. One entree was slightly overcooked for a member of our party, and the kitchen was fast in correcting it, and didn't charge for the mistake. We'll definitely be back, especially thanks to the excellent staff (thanks, Lacy!) and the dedication they have to improving!!

Visited this eclectic restaurant late afternoon. We loved and enjoyed the open air covered patio over looking the river! We had a great attentive and playful waitress. The beer was good and cold. The weather perfect. We choose from a varied menu and it was all great. I especially lived the grilled island shrimp tacos with the coconut sauce. The portion was large and the taste was great. Our only problem was...flies! They appeared suddenly when the food arrived and were very annoying. They may only attack the tables around the patio edge but I don't know. We will return but may sit inside if we order food again.
