Fresh produce. Tasty shrimp. Burger tasted home-made on a fresh bun with a bit of spice. Pimento cheese and shells was a surprise and yummy. Very clean bathrooms.

Visiting from out of state and very impressed!! The food came out hot and zero complaints about any items received. My party had a fried catfish platter, rainbow trout platter, and fried pickles. Great staff as well! Would definitely recommend to others.

First time dining yesterday and it was outstanding! Boiled peanuts and hush puppies were very good. Scallops, cod, trout, catfish and blackened shrimp entrees were all very good. Pricing is very, very good and service is helpful and friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating in a nice Morganton setting.

Returned on Sunday for crab cakes, shrimp and grits, trout again and the smash burger, all were very good including the double patty smash burger! Service was helpful and friendly again, chef came out to make sure everyone was happy.

Local and 1st time visitor. Love the exterior decor, looks amazing as does the inside. I wasn’t crazy about the order as you come in system as it seemed to create some confusion however the food came out fast and hot. I ordered the lobster roll and spicy fries. It was as good as advertised yet a little small for the price. Wife ordered the big salad and side of hush puppies. Salad was just ok but who orders a salad at a seafood place? Hush puppies were good. Staff was super friendly and the food looked good coming out. Will definitely come back and support this new local business

Tried this place the other day for lunch.
It is a cute spot right up the road from the lake. Looks and sounds like the owner has lots of great plans for the future as well. They don't have a huge menu which I actually like...nice selection of fish/seafood. Husband and I both ordered catfish platters. He got grilled with pimento shells and cheese as his side both came with hush puppies and coleslaw. I got mine fried with fries. The catfish was cooked perfectly on both. Hush puppies were nice and light...not dense like so many places. The fries are sliced but not thin but not thick....so yummy! Coleslaw is fancied up and really good coming from a person who doesn't love coleslaw. Owner and chef came out and talked with us...all staff were personable and hard working. Will be one of first stops when we come back to the mountains! Also overheard people saying the burger was great!
