Customer Ratings and Reviews

Love the food, nice atmosphere, good customer service, would give 5 stars but it's a turn off when the cashier ask "do you want to leave a tip on your card". That shouldn't even be a question. How about asking did you enjoy meal, did the waitress/waiter provide good customer service etc. Asking for a tip make the restaurant look the way I did when I was seated, Hungry. Have faith in your employees. Let us as customers do our job by leaving cash as I did or telling the cashier to add a tip. Don't ask.

This place was amazing! The staff were very polite and took care of all our needs. The food was AMAZING. the fried green tomatoes were the best. The deserts were out of this world great. I enjoyed the red velvet cake. Awesome. Everytime i come to this area i will eat here again.

Finally we made it to try Broadway Diner! We live right down the road and have heard good things, but never made it in. Glad we finally did! Very friendly staff, huge menu selection, comfortable booths, tons of selections to choose from, fast service, countless meal options, clean restaurant, and did I mention the menu is massive!
There were Burgers, Greek dishes, Italian pastas, Steaks, seafood, sandwiches, desserts, breakfast all day, and tons more. There really is something here for everyone. I'm not sure how they pull it off having a menu that size, but everything we ordered was accurate, hot, and tasted great too.
We are certainly planning on making this place a frequent stop for our family now.

Lots of items to choose from on the menu. Pretty decent portions given with each dish. Pricing is not high. You can eat breakfast lunch and dinner anytime of day. Customer service was good. Food was a little on the bland side in terms of taste but nothing that a little salt and pepper couldn't fix. Not a bad place to have some weekend brunch.

Visited for late breakfast at about 10am. Diner very busy, but got seated right away. They appear to have a large recurring customer base which speaks to good service and food quality - quantity. Classical Diner with very large and diverse menu. I had French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage and egg farmers breakfast, wife had omelet with ham, sausage, green pepper, cheese and onions. Both were large meals that filled us up after busy morning. Servers were busy but managed to make sure we were satisfied. Noticed local fireman were eating here which also speaks to quantity as they tend to burn lots of calories in their jobs. Meals were very good, we both liked the sausages that came with my meal, not the typical small links, these were large and very tasty. We both agreed that we need to visit again to try the lunch and dinner menu items.
