Was super excited to go based on the backstage tour, but the food was a let down. The employees were all nice and the decor was on point, but out of a table of 6, four of our meals were warm/room temperature. Our bill was adjusted & everything was handled in a suitable manner, however our expectations were much higher so it was a letdown on the food aspect.
First time visiting Truett's Luau. I had the Chicken Cobb with grilled chicken and it was very good, ingredients were super fresh and the Avocado Lime Dressing was YUM! The restaurant has a fun Polynesian vibe and the staff was wonderful. Restaurant was clean and service was quick (I went during lunch hour from 12 to 1 on).
First time eating here and was impressed with my breakfast. I had the banana macadamia pancakes with the coconut sauce, and it was delicious. Can't wait to go back to Georgia to eat here again. We only have the regular Chick-fil-A restaurant's where I'm from.
This is an above and beyond Chick fil a. You can dine in restaurant style. Excellent menu by the way with diverse choices. A fast food casual eating area. A BEAUTIFUL outdoor patio to enjoy eating outdoors. The service is excellent. " always a pleasure."
Very clean. Loved the Luau/Island style and decor. The food was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the interesting and unique menu options. My wife is now obsessed with the strawberry bubble lemonade. We were super fascinated with the honey bee hives stationed on top of the restaurant. Sign said "ask us about our bee hives"... we did.. the nice young clerk knew absolutely nothing about them and was concerned to learn that they were currently living above were she worked. We were amused and entertained at her responses and complete lack of knowledge or appreciation for the bees. Great place and we will be back often.
