Drink was perfect. Polite attentive professional staff. Even brought my order over to the table I was working at. A lot of DDs are the exact opposite. It was a nice surprise.

Most of the time it hasn't been an issue, but then there are days we experience some problems with this place. I wasn't there to cause any trouble, and I was trying to return this sandwich, now we take big bites and I had my friend try a bite and we both thought it was disgusting and returned it, the manager came over and said that it was half eaten and that they wouldn't take it, but most other restaurants would gladly let you get something better if what you got to was terrible. There needs to be more quality service!

Soon as most reviews I have seen recently are about things dealing with the manager maybe that manager should be fired, or re-adjusted.

Love Dunkin Donuts in general! When I entered, the Manager greeted me and showed she cared! I needed that this morning! I could tell she was training an employee and she showed grace as she was training the employee. She allowed her to make a mistake and got another employee to help her. She did that for her employee, she did it for me as well! My job's office is in that area. Will be back!!!
