The Juicy Crab - Fayetteville

Great atmosphere for eating seafood, crab legs! Loved the unique way food was served hot, and the cute bibs given, but my fried catfish was a bit greasy, yet seasoned. Don & I enjoyed the experience after about 20mins wait. We had a great, friendly server! We'll return again.

This is the fourth Juicy Crab I've visited (my family really likes it), and I've got to say, I enjoyed my visit here the best. I'm sure it gets crowded, but it actually wasn't bad on Sunday evening. My daughter and I were seated right away. Our server Michelle was good and efficient. The food came so quickly, I was glad I didn't order appetizers. The flavor was really good, and everything was very fresh. If I get an urge to visit this franchise again, I'll probably talk my family into this location.

Everything was delicious...we had a great time. The atmosphere was nice, our waitress was friendly...I had fried oysters and couldn't eat them all. Everyone got full and enjoyed their meals!!! I will definitely be back!!

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is never the service was absolutely terrible. It took 15 + minutes for us to even be greeted or before our waitress ever came to the table to get our drink order. It took forever to get our drinks. I got a mixed drink and upon the waitress bringing it to the table, I immediately pulled a hair off/out of my drink right infront of her and asked to send it back. Common sense would indicate that I wanted a new drink, I guess she assumed that I was only sending it back. When she finally came back to the table to "check in" on us, I advised her that I still had not gotten my drink. She acted confused but said she would get it. The food on the other hand was amazing. I will still give them another chance for the food. Hopefully, the service will be better on my next visit.

Though my wife and I came in any hour or so after its Sunday opening time, service was very quick. We were seated rather easily & was greeted by the waitress within two minutes. We placed or order for raw oysters & entrees (I ordered head-off shrimp w/corn & potatoes & my wife ordered Dungeness crab legs w/corn & potatoes). We got the oysters which were good and fresh, and within ten minutes out entrees cancer in bags, fresh & hot. the food wad great and prepared exactly how i wanted, spicy & seasoned with plenty of garlic (though many people I know are not fond of garlic). will definitely come back again, next time for the king crab.
