“Went mid-afternoon to avoid crowds. Great selection of craft beer and wine. We split the lemon pepper battered fish and chips and added a side salad. Lettuce was tender and delicious. Plenty of food for two. Service was attentive and willing to explain how the restaurant was set up. Enjoyed it and will go back during quiet times again. “The food is good, but the wait is long. I showed up around 8pm to a drive through line that extended into the parking lot next door. It took an hour from getting into line to having my food and the line wasn't that long. This definitely isn't a fast food restaurant, but a fast casual place. I normally wouldn't take off stars for that, but they don't have fast casual conveniences like order ahead. One reviewer said they don't take cards, but they took them when I went. The food is damn good though. I just have to go when there isn't a pandemic and it's safe to sit inside and wait in comfort.”

“Came here with my friend, Mars for .50 cent wings. The place is tucked away behind a shopping center, but visible from the main road. This is by far the cleanest and modern JR Crickets I’ve visited. We received fast and friendly service- the waitress even knew what my friend wanted to drink before she ordered. The wings were on the small side but fresh and very flavorful. The owner came by and talked to us and was very personable. Although this location is far from my home, I’ll definitely be back to patronize it.”

The ginormous girl at the register kept touching her face, hair, and clothes constantly pulling her pants up over and over again. Then touching people's food to serve it. Never washed he hands. Not a single person was wearing an apron. Not a single person was wearing a hair restraint (net) etc. Except the one girl (I think) who was wearing a beanie cap. None of the food handlers changed their gloves or washed their hands even after walking to the back of the store and going in and out of the walk in coolers. Then the girl come out front and wipes tables. Collects trays. Goes back into the serving area again... hands washed now? NOPE. Just keep touching money and people's food after using a dirty wiping cloth/rag. At one point she even asked one of the persons prepping food if she should put on gloves because she was about to drop some French fries. The food workers all rolled their eyes and said YES!. But one of them shooed her away and did it herself. She was about to put on gloves without washing her hands. I'm from California and was excited to see one of these stores open here locally. But with poor service and poor sanitation like this. I'm very disappointed. Del Fail...”

“We don't come here to shop, we come to eat! The taqueria inside this place is amazing! The food is consistently delicious. The street tacos are so good, my son and I usually get asada(steak) and lengua(beef tongue). My husband and mom like the fajitas. Service is simple but always a pleasure. I came in with my own tortillas (a necessity not a want) and they offered to take them and fill them for me and were completely understanding when I told them I have allergies. We have not had a bad meal here ever! Love, love, love it here.”

“Mimosa brunch was so good! Everything I had was delicious. It gets crowded, and rightfully so, because you get a good buffet meal with either two mimosas or juice for a really great price. Get there early & make reservations. You'll still have to stand in line to pay, but at least you won't have to wait as long. “My wife and I had different experiences. The service was good for both of us. The waitress was friendly, accurate and attentive. The dining room was clean and quiet enough for us to carry on a normal conversation. My food was quite good and this is where our experiences differed. I had the brisket burrito. The shredded brisket was very nice. My wife had some dish that was based on a grilled chicken breast. She doesn't like charred meat and the entire bottom of the breast was black. They had also pounded the breast very thin. That can lead to even and quick cooking. In this case it caused the breast to be dry and hard. We will probably give this place another chance eventually, but based on tonight's performance, it won't be soon.”

“The food and service today were good as expected. The jazzy tunes and the Lake view were an added plus to the ambiance. But what put the cherry on top... was that this was one of the F-E-W restaurants that package your leftovers for you in front of you, and do so respectfully. Also, the parking is more widely spaced than most lots, showing care and consideration for the cars.”
