    The fries (WAFFLE) are delicious. They're crisp, and chewy. Just like the old commercials, it's hard to "eat just one". But leave room for the BEST ice cream in fast food. It's more "firm" and always tastes frozen. I do not enjoy soft ice cream that feels and tastes like it's half melted. The shakes and frozen drinks are delicious... You MUST try the Frosted Lemonade but you should be aware that you will most likely become addicted. Most of us do not need another thing that we crave.
    I think what I love most about this restaurant is the organized way they handle Rush hour. The drive-through is the fastest, most efficient I've ever seen. And, of course, you are treated as if this company is really happy that you're there.

    Nam and Jacob went out of their way to help me with an urgent order. Their store runs like a well oiled machine. They consistently over deliver with a speedy drive thru.

    This location is our new favorite. We drive past another CFA to get to this one. Our order is always correct and there is always a good crowd, but not crowded. Keep up the awesome work.

    This location is consistently customer oriented. The employees are friendly and accurate with orders. The restaurant is really clean. The employees are also well- groomed and tidy in their appearances. I have no idea what training with this company must be like. It must be intense and it is no mistake that this is a business model that works. So look out Starbucks! Both of you know how how to use customer service whereas others can’t figure out this equation. I always expect the best from this restaurant. Employees never take their issues out on customers. The customers appreciate that a lot. No one wants to approach anyone who is making it clear that they are miserable. So smile and smile some more. I appreciate the consistency of this restaurant and the entire chain. Keep thriving.

    Overall a decent location. Normally I have good experiences here despite 5 to 10 minute waits. Except last time I came in the drive-in, Mary Kate who was at the window wasn't too friendly. I gave her my card for payment and Mary Kate handed me the drink, which was dripping everywhere. On top of all this, she did not say any parting words. No one was behind me in line, however I felt rushed by her.
