    I prefer this Dunkin to the others in the area. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is always good. I go more often if I could.

    The only thing I would like to see improved is that the staff picks up the phone. There are times when I need to place a VERY large order for work for birthdays/parties and no one will pick up the phone. If Dunkin is going to carry a policy that you need to preorder anything more than a box of donuts then they need to pick up the phone in order for customers to comply. Not everyone has the time to stop in and place there orders.
