IHOP

We were seated right away. The place was very busy, but clean. Our server, Bo, was excellent. Everything we ordered was correct and delicious. Our server was cheerful and kept a check on us frequently.
The bathrooms could have been cleaner and better stocked.

Seasonal Adams family hot coco was AMAZING, the service was good, but my food wasn't cooked right. Overall we've never had a bad experience

Food was great... Service was good.. I placed a to go order. Can be pretty busy in the mornings.. So you may have to wait a bit to be helped. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner at a reasonable price and are open 24 hrs.

Food was good. Service was good. We had new waitress. They brought out menus and we ordered from them. Then my mother was over charged. She ordered off a special burger and unlimited fries menu for 6.99. She ordered a burger. They said she couldn't get that burger. So she told them to give her whatever the special burger was.
We went to pay and they charged her regular price. l asked them why? They said they have different menus at night! l said she ordered from the menu that was brought out and it should be honored! She would not! So ..l said we would not be back and it was ridiculous to have different menus. So if you go to the Rome location and order make sure what you will get charged! Its sad to lose 6 customers over few dollars!!
