Was good, both food and customer service

Normally never have any problems out of this place, unfortunately that changed today. I called in my order over the phone and was met with some confusion initially but I take full responsibility for being vague with my location. Me and my colleagues order from here all the time and they know us by name, so when he asked the address I just told him "hawthorn suites off broad" he said he knew where it was, and that my order would be delivered soon. Not too long later, I received a call from the delivery driver informing me he was in the front lobby. I told him to leave the food at the front desk and that they have my permission to sign for me. I then took an elevator to the front desk, only to realize there was no food. No one saw anybody and no one signed. I gave him a call to get everything straightened out, and found out he had delivered to some other hotel I guess. I told them it was fine, I dont want the sandwich they delievered to somewhere else. I just wanted a refund. The driver became pushy and defensive, saying he could make another sandwich. I just okay and hung up. Called the store and voided my order to get a refund, and the guy I talked to acted irritated a was talking in a barely audible tone. Anyway, I thought that was that but I was wrong. The same guy brought the food anyway, got snappy with the front desk, and stomped away. Sucks bc I've always loved this place. Don't think I'll ne ordering again tho.

Food is always good, service not so much.

Jimmy John's puts Sub-Way and Firehouse in the dirt. Comfortable seating, cool people, great food. Get a Club Lulu, add cheese, and kickin' ranch. Your welcome, I just changed your life.
