Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Service was Sloooooow. Was told we had to take chicken that was already cooked. No special request!! Otherwise go somewhere else. They could not.cook more chicken. They had ready shut everything down. In process of cleaning. We ordered a lg red bean and rice we didn't get it. They said they didn't have any. We were given 3 individual red bean and rice????? They weren't worried about customers. They even had a line backed up in drive thru when we left. Owner needs to invest time, supervision and training to insure sales growth. This is what happens when a restaurant left in hands of someone with no skin in the game.

I’ve been to this one by Lowe’s 2 or more times... each time I go my order is always screwed up. Then when you call it’s like oh well we’re sorry about that. On one particular visit I ordered chicken tenders in which they were out of so they gave me boneless chicken bites. When I saw they were not to be eaten they were hard and dry tough to bite. I’ve been to several other Popeyes and had great experiences.. can’t say the same for this one.

A little bit of a wait at the drive-thru, but they've just recently reopened so it's understandable. Sorry, any other chicken sandwich places, I think Popeyes got you beat. Friendly staff and hot, fresh food ready as soon as I pulled up.

Chicken was excellent. The mashed potatoes tasted instant, but that's standard for a fast food fried chicken place. My takeout order took 34 minutes to make. No explanation, no offer of a coupon or any other consideration. If you crave good chicken, visit, but beware the time it may take. They should take a que from Chick-fil-A.

The food is good but my order never was made right after driving back. First trip I was shorted what I ordered. I drove back and went in and showed my ticket and they gave me what appeared to be my order but was not redbeans and rice. Was dirty rice. Since they are new I am not going to be too hard on them as I sure they are working out the kinks, but will wait before I go back for them to get better organized.
