Great food, great service, great prices, great atmosphere. This place was formerly called El Mezcal under different management. The new owners removed the EL and now it's called Mezcal. The food is freshly made. They drive twice a week to the Farmers Market in College Park and purchase fresh ingredients and organic, too. They have only been open 3 months. The county took three months to give them their liquor license.
They should have their state liquor license in a few weeks. I ordered a custom fajita dish and it was exactly as I ordered and came to me within 10 minutes! I asked why the guacamole didn't have the onions, tomatoes, cilantro and lime juice. They explained they have two kinds, the guacamole dip and the Mexican guacamole and they have both. Both are made fresh and are good. Give this place a try. Staff very friendly, too. It's nice to have this type of restaurant nearby.

This place is amazing!!! The shrimp tacos are some of the best I’ve ever had in Georgia. You get large portions for low prices and the food is authentic. The atmosphere is excellent and the service was fast friendly. I would recommend this spot to anyone!!!

This place is amazing. Prices are low, quality is high, and service was great. You get a quart of salsa for the table, everyone gets there own bowl. I love it. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes mexican food.
