    Later lunch with good parking and not too busy clientele. Very pleasant waitress served a delicious roast turkey sandwich and salad. This is a place that I visit when out in Cumming and hungry. Update: Saturday evening and Sirloin Tips with broccoli and fried potatoes were very good. Server Justin was helpful and very pleasant.

    Good Ihop. They switched to pay at the table which I prefer. I recommend this place.

    Filipe was very friendly and provided great customer service. Quick service on a Monday breakfast.
    Awesome waffles and potato cakes. Traditional pancakes were so yummy.
    The front desk can be more friendly and communicate better.
