Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

I would have paid a hundred dollars for the Beef Brisket Sandwich I had this afternoon. The brisket actually melted in my mouth. I ordered with no BBQ sauce. Please don't disturb this sandwich with flavor. It is perfect all by itself on a regular bun. Go ahead and get the lemonade. It adds to the journey. Thank you Sarah. Driving through on 400 Exit 13. My family and I had a wonderful time here. We were say quickly. We had an issue with the table they were going to seat us at as it was wobbly and with a toddler and a 10 month old that just wasn't going to work. The hostess was very nice when we asked to move. By the way, we don't normally ask to move. The server was nice and attentive when needed. Our food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! Even my 10 month old liked it! Definitely recommend!

I was visiting in the area and my son took me to Jim 'N Nick's for lunch. I ordered a garden salad with pulled pork and a side of coleslaw. We had cheddar biscuits that are out of this world! My only complaint was that the pulled pork was dry. I don't know if that is how it is usually served but some BBQ sauce made it all right. The service was excellent and everything else was great. I will be back.

Jim 'N Nick's is a reliable, if a bit middle-of-the-road, chain in the ATL area. I've had their BBQ at numerous events over the years and always remembered it as tasty enough. The restaurants is nice, spacious, and clean, but the food was just average, especially for the price. The portions were good, a 2-meat plate providing ample food to make it slightly challenging for an average grown-man to finish in one sitting. I just found it a little hard to justify almost $20 for an iced-tea and chopped pork plate.
