LongHorn Steakhouse

We went to LongHorn on a Tuesday night the food was great just as expected the server Mandy I believe her name was was very attentive and spot-on with the service. My only complaint was that the restaurant smelled from the moment you walked in, it smelled like dirty carpet. It's time for corporate to come in and redo this restaurant. There are lots of things in this restaurant that are showing their age especially the carpet and the bar. I'm sure the manager smells that every time he walks in first thing in the morning after the building's been closed up all night. It's really enough to put you off your food. I understand the air conditioner was out this week but we've been here before and it smelled just like this a month ago. The fact that the air conditioners are failing just reiterates that this building needs to be reconditioned. I will be going to the longhorn on 141 and 120 until this one gets straightened out.

My fiancé and I had a great experience last night, our food was amazing, but not only that our waitress Courtney was on top of it! She was getting us what we needed right away, always checking up, and always making sure our drinks were filled! She was great!

Normally we love Longhorn. Out last visit wasn't great. We ordered two steaks. One was undercooked and the other overcooked. We both ordered medium well. Mine was bleeding on the plate and the cook told our waitress it "was just a juicy steak"my daughter's steak was so overdone that the waitress kept apologizing. While she was sorry, we never got the steaks fixed, and she charged us full price.

The food was good. My prime rib was cooked perfectly. I always order steaks medium. This place does me exactly right. My prime rib was brown on outside, very pink inside, and no blood. Perfectly cooked and delicious.
