I’ve eaten here twice! It’s a very interesting take on traditional Chinese and American Chinese in one menu.

I personally really enjoyed the chicken and broccoli lunch special, as it is with white sauce which I prefer. The hand made noodles are incredibly delicious and I highly recommend them. I got the tomato egg biangbiang noodles and they were fantastic.

My second visit I got their hand made steamed buns, pan fried dumplings, and gan chow he fun. Out of the three I think the dumplings were the best. Filling was great but the dumplings were a bit greasy. I would probably get it steamed next time. I wasn’t crazy about the buns, as the filling is different than what I’m used to - with stewed pork and mushroom … beautifully made but I think since they make them in the mornings and I ordered to go in the afternoon they needed to be reheated. That being said i shared them with some friends and they destroyed them. (8 buns for $16)
The gan chow he fun tasted fine but I would recommend their other noodle dishes instead.

I would definitely go back to try their other spicy options and noodles.

Newer restaurant about 6 months at this location in John’s Creek, Ga. Called in a to-go order, great service/food! Very nice employee as well. Kung pao chicken is fantastic and the pan fried pork dumplings are out of this world. Look forward to trying new items next time
