It's very homely. The staff is very caring and on point with their service.

The dishes are plentiful and they are served in a nice presentation not topical of most Mexican restaurants.

The taste, that's where it really gets good. I have eaten an Anaheim chili poblano, chalupa and enchilada... All of which I loved

Last time I went, the spinach was not great and the food was a tad cold, but we went late towards closing time. IDK, maybe because I'm in there service business as well, I don't complain very easily.

Pueblos is one of our favorite places to stop and eat for a quick meal. The staff has been outstanding during our visits. They’re attentive, happy, and they’ve never mess up our orders. Chips and salsa are provided for the table, chips are typically warm, and the salsa isn’t spicy. Meals are brought out quick and served on very hot plates so watch your fingers. Alcoholic drinks are good and are just about right strength wise.

Attire is casual, price is low, and the portions are great. We’ve never experienced a wait time at this location but it can get busy if you’re eating at popular time.
