Umami Sushi and Hibachi

Love the food!! The place is cozy and the kitchen is open so you can see what they are doing.

Follow up. I am updating my score. Food is still great but they take so many orders on the phone that it takes forever to get your food when you are in the restaurant. I somehow wish they could give some sort of priority for people waiting in the restaurant or simply get another cook.

Best sushi around here. Always good and fresh.

Place is legit. Might not be 5 star in San Francisco, but around here it is. Quality fish, great sauces/spicing and sushi chefs know how to roll. Eaten from here 6+ times and quality/consistency is always there. There is probably one or two better sushi places around but they are twice as much per roll for dinner.

Great place for quick sushi. There are days when I would give the food 5 stars, but it's a little inconsistent. Never bad, but sometimes great and others just pretty good.

Clean place, friendly staff and a nice way to get sushi without dropping $80.

Much better than supermarket sushi and worth the cost.
