I'm from Brooklyn and this is as close to being home as I have found down here. A lot of places claim to be as good or better than New York but they live up to the hype. The bagels are good and always fresh and there plenty to choose from. The cream cheese spreads are so good. However you are craving it, they probably already have it, if not I'm sure they will cook it up. The wait staff is very nice.

We love this place. However, today I went early to try to get fresh bagels before everybody else on Mother’s Day morning For a company, family and guests. What I received instead was two dozen of their cold day-old bagels. I didn’t realize it until halfway home and I am severely disappointed.

A longtime hometown favorite. Bagels are nice and soft. Bakery items are available for purchase and taste authentic and fresh. Indoor/outdoor seating available. Service is very slow. Coffee is better next door at Starbucks and you will see most people get coffee at Starbucks and food at Brooklyn Bagel. Paid $22 for 2 breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg and cheese) and a loaf of cinnamon babka. Pick up a sandwich and head to the pack across the street!

UPDATE: I had to bring it back to the store, but the manager was able to remake the sandwich correctly. I let her know my frustration behind being a loyal customer & seeing service dissolve.
My boyfriend & I used to go here a lot. Recently, it’s gone down hill dramatically. I understand that most establishments are short staffed & may have to wait a little longer, etc because of this. But your quality of food should not decrease. It seems there’s always young kids rushing orders out that used to be amazing bakery items.

It's a nice breakfast, brunch place. Really busy on the weekend. Has outdoor seating as well now with a shelter and got a buzzer system instead of waiting in line. The jalapeño Bagel I tried is good than the sesame Bagel which is a little bit crunchier. Coffee is just OK. No alcoholic drinks served. Would recommend to try it out.
