Awesome first experience here. All the food was great. The NY strip was amazing, great sauce on top. My daughter loved the mac and cheese, she is very picky about that! Chicken skin with honey appetizer is a definite dish to try. The Sunday chicken sandwich....amazing!...see the trend :) ...donut pudding definitely a must for dessert! David was awesome as well, great service and atmosphere! Loved it!

Welcome to the neighborhood, CK! We had the pleasure of celebrating our dear friends bday here last night and everything was outstanding! Our server, Fredric was attentive and took care of us from start to finish! The food was amazing, his recommendations were spot on. We had a few dietary restrictions but the kitchen was so helpful and patient to help us find the perfect meal. Will definitely be coming back!

Delicious food and incredible service! The owner/ chef brings food out to your table and chats with guests which makes you feel more welcome and part of the experience. You can watch your food being prepared as you would enjoy the ambiance of the whole space, which is small yet very inviting. I'll definitely be returning here again, and will for sure be telling my friends about it!

I stopped by Carson Kitchen on opening night 2/13. The restaurant was pretty busy but we didn't wait long for a table.

Let me just say... The food was amazing! The restaurant itself is beautiful and modern inside. There's an open kitchen so you get to see the action from your table.

They have a lot of small plates for sharing. We tried the bacon jam with melted cheese and toasted baguette. It might sound a bit odd but it was amazing! Another hit with our table was the fried chicken skins with smoked honey. The flavor combination was out of this world.

We also ordered the butter burger (cooked perfectly) and the Sunday Chicken. We will definitely be back for more!

They said they were already booked for Valentine's day!

The food is to die for! I love the idea of the share plates. It gives you a chance to try a little bit of everything...and trust me you'll want to once you take a look at this menu. The menu offers a variety of comfort food options with a fine dining twist by adding ingredients such as caviar to a classic dish like deviled eggs. This is definitely my new go-to spot! Don't forget to try one of their specialty cocktails as well! Their bartenders know what's up!
