Georgia Potato Factory Alpharetta

My husband and I went here for the first time for dinner yesterday, not realizing there was no dine in available. Not a problem, we ordered and took it home. DELICIOUS! We will be back…but we will order ahead next time as it took about 20 minutes for the food to be prepared. The staff was super nice and friendly but not obnoxiously so like some places these days. Good portion sizes and very filling. Only bad thing about it is its location.

The was only 1 employee there, around 12:30, prime lunch time. Thank goodness they weren't super busy. I got the sweet potato, which looked fantastic on their web page. It was supposed to be dressed with butter, brown sugar and pecans. I had to wait extra time because there were no sweet potatoes cooked (I was told this after I received my food). The employee opened the container to present the potato. It was huge and looked Yummy! My daughter got a regular potato with cheese & bacon, which looked yummy too. Unfortunately, we were both very disappointed in what we received.
My potato was very dry, not cooked thoroughly and tasted like there was only pecans topping it. I had to add butter & brown sugar at home, which made it edible, sort of. The regular potato was very dry also and had an unpleasant taste. :-( We were both so disappointed, especially for the money we paid!
I realize they haven't been open very long. Hopefully the potatoes will improve with time, but it will be a while before we're willing to try it again.

I had a great experience at this place. The potatoes were delicious and the service was very nice. The person orking there was very friendly. I will definitely go back and I would recommend it to others. I only tried their potatoes, this time.

I must admit, I thought, I wouldn't get that much meat on the potato, I was absolutely wrong. On top of that it was seasoned throughout and very good. I was even able to reheat with the airfryer and it was just as good as the first time. And enjoyed how passionate he was about the food they served. Will go back.

Best sevice I’ve seen in a while from fast food. On my goodness and their potato’s are huge and filling. The buttery goodness just makes my mouth watery🤤 10/10 and they also have wings and salads now, oh my, their jerk wings are the bomb 💣 I would recommend everyone 👌
