Pho And Co

We picked up a meal yesterday of Pho Chicken, Tofu Vermicelli, Egg Roll (pork, mushrooms) and Spring Roll (shrimp, pork, vegs in a delicate rice paper). Everything was delicious. The seasonings in the hearty Pho broth complimented the grilled chicken, and the Tofu Vermicelli was a nice blend of rice noodles and vegetables. Pho & Co - pleasant people and good food.

Pho is perfection in a bowl! The broth is aromatic and full of exceptional flavor. The ability to personalize your Pho dish from a variety of fresh ingredients adds to the fun of creating a meal that you will enjoy.
I paired my Pho Combo with the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. It was my version of something I love which is soup and a sandwich. Delicious!

Had the Pho Combo with filet mignon, brisket, meatballs, onion, rice noodles in beef broth with bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, etc.

The flavors and the texture where fabulous. The beef broth was seasoned perfectly. I loved everythng in this dish and cannot wait to explore the rest of the menu.
