Planet Smoothie

I am such a die hard fan for the "Java the Nut" smoothie! Haven't found any other smoothie anywhere that I like as much as this one. The flavor and consistency are perfect! BTW, I'm a member which offers perks like discounts and notices about deals.

Horrible experience. I ordered a cookie cake on a Monday to be picked up on the next Tuesday at 430 after I got off work. When I arrived, they had forgot to make my cookie cake. They offered to make it for me but I was on my way to a birthday dinner and didn't have 30 minutes to wait. I asked the girl to have the manager call me.

I wasn't able to get in contact with the manager until Saturday as the employees kept giving me the run around every time I inquired about speaking with him. I am not exaggerating when I say that the manager berated me because I didn't have time to wait for the cookie to be made. He told me he had to check with his employees to make sure what I was saying was true. He began to treat me as if I had done something wrong and all of this was my fault.

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer and would never treat someone the way he treated me. This took place on a Tuesday and he didn't call me back until Saturday when I threatened to call corporate (which I did anyways).

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
