Starbucks

I came in for a few hours to do some homework after attending a job training. I have lived and visited in several states and I am a faithful Starbucks goer. I will say-this is the BEST Starbucks I have ever visited! The team was extremely engaging and personable with each and every guest-even the complicated ones. One barista in particular, really impressed me. The cafe vanilla frappe with almond milk and an extra pump of frap roast is my favorite order. Mr. Steve Lundy made the best one I have ever tasted! The texture was perfect and very smooth. Just enough ice. Great flavor! He is awesome and I hope he is an official Starbuck's trainer. I unfortunately, do not live close to this location and am only here today for business. I wish he could make all of my future frappes. Please give this man a raise and a good position! He is working hard and deserves it! Thank you Steve!

The staff in this Starbucks attached to Barnes and Noble on North Point Parkway are awesome. They are always lively and chatty. I enjoy visiting them when I am in the area.

Only visiting the area but we stopped by here a few times. They got the order right and the place was clean. I've been to worse Starbucks. If you want your coffee this one's good to stop at.

Very quick and personable service. They were not busy, but it's easy to become complacent when there's not much to do. The gentleman helping me did a fantastic job.
He was also wearing a mask, which I very much appreciated, but unfortunately there was another gentleman working which was not. In a business selling refreshments I would think all employees should have their faces covered.
The caramel iced coffee... Absolutely perfectly made.
