Great place. Just make sure to set aside some time to enjoy the food - we had to hurry at the end of lunch to get back to the office:(.
I wasn’t thrilled by pimento(?) cheese inside fried green tomatoes: for me South City Kitchen does it much better.
But stake salad is the best!
I came here for a work dinner on an early Friday evening. The staff and management were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food and drinks were also amazing. There was a huge selection. Def recommend the mac n cheese ????
The wait was a little long but the food more than made up for it. I ordered the packed eggs and crab cakes and everything was done perfectly. The mixed drinks were also well balanced between flavours and alcohol (I am a gin drinker so very picky). Definitely coming back here.
The food here is amazing. The menu features contemporary American staples done really well. The atmosphere is cool and laid back. We visited on a Saturday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. You'll be compelled to wear dressy casual attire as this place is nice but not too stuffy. Plenty of drinks at a well tended bar, and the service is really good. My only complaint was the table where we sat was extremely dark... I literally used my cell phone flashlight to read the menu. All in all I rate 5 church an 8 out of 10.
The food was great. Our waitress was a bit slow. It might have been because we got there pretty close to closing. The owner was very nice and hospitable though. The atmosphere was nice. I went for my birthday and had an overall great experience. Would recommend.
