The homemade sauces to pair these things with are by far the best vegan sauces I’ve ever tasted. Quality Appearance, quality food, quality chef and business owner!!! I had this company cater my event last month and the guests loved the southern fried Flounder, the greens, baked beans, vegan potato salad & chick’n bytes and chick’n sAmmiches!!!!!!! Thank you for existing ! Delicious
