Blaze Steak and Seafood

This is a new establishment, and I believe that it has great potential. Although the service took a long time, we had a great experience here. The hostess was very friendly and asked permission before sticking the thermometer up to our heads to check our temperature. We were seated right away, and the server let us know that he would be with us as soon as he got a moment. Once we received our food and drinks, we were very pleased. The drinks were perfectly made, and the food was cooked exactly how we requested. The portion sizes are very plentiful. Our server was extremely nice and attentive, and he continuously apologized for the slow service in spite of us reassuring him that we completely understood. When he brought us our check, he apologized again and even took a portion off of our bill. We ended up tipping him that portion and more. We will definitely be regulars at this establishment. Keep up the good work!

Wow, the place had a makeover and looks warm and inviting. We were greeted with a friendly smile by the hostess. She's seated us after a small wait. Knowing this was a new restaurant, we were not sure what to expect as far as service and timing.
Our food order came out in a timely manner. Ordered steak medium and was cooked to perfection. Shrimp & Grits were delicious. I would have to say by the reviews they have definitely worked out the issues from the opening. Got to support our local restaurants so give them a try.

This past Saturday was my first time visiting the restaurant. I must say that my experience was amazing. A friend and I came for dinner and we were immediately greeted by the hostess and seated. The service was good. The food and drinks were both exceptional. We were even greeted by the owner. She stopped by after our meal to ask us how we enjoyed our meal and drinks. I can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had dinner there yesterday. The Restaurant is absolutely beautiful and that’s what I can base my 5 star on. The service could be better. The restaurant was not crowded at all. When we walked in, we waited a while before the host came over to greet us. After our temp was taken we was seated right away, order was placed, only to wait for about an hour for one of the meals to come out. My husband received his food first, then mines about 10 minutes later. But overall the food was good. I will definitely try the restaurant again at a later date.
