    I observed one of the servers today do an excellent job with a mute person. It made me smile because the server was patient and helped the customer with her order with no hangups.

    Always quick service and the food is excellent. Aside from the lobby needing to be a tad cleaner, this is a great place to get a quick bite to eat for breakfast especially if you're an avid member of the bagel & coffee community.

    Thw bagels are always fresh. I love the Lox. I took away a star because they sometimes throw the food together and always put too much cream cheese, even when I ask for light, lite, creme cheese. Yes that's correct. Food is good though and coffee always hot.

    Cool bagel selection! Very good quality with a wonderful taste. A bit lighter feeling than most bagels I have had. Only problem is they don't keep at all, molded after a few days. Well, and I could have used a bit more garlic but that is personal taste. Didn't try anything but the bagels.
