Jai Ho - Indian Kitchen at Krog Street Market

What caught my attention was the Smoked Gouda Chicken Naanwich and of course the Mango Lassi. I presume the owner assisted me, in my selections, a very nice amiable gentleman. Everything was delicious but the Naanwich definitely surpassed my expectations .Thank you for your welcoming service and I hope to at lest try one of everything on the menu.

I had the smoked Gouda chicken naanwich and it was delicious. It was probably a bigger serving than one needs but it’s totally worth it. I would definitely order again. It took about 10 mins to make.

Ordered food at Jai Ho .Lamb Biryani was absolutely moist and each bite was full of flavor and look awesome. Pistachio Kulfi was delicious and refreshing

Best Indian food ever

I was super excited to eat here! I got the chicken 365 sandwich. Here are my thoughts… The flavor of the chicken was pretty good! However it reminded me of the panda express meat in the sauce that goes on top of rice. I would’ve preferred a more grilled texture. I also would’ve preferred one whole piece of chicken to fit on the sandwich versus the small round chicken bits. It was very cumbersome to try to eat the sandwich with the little chicken chunks falling out all over the place. Therefore, resulting in a not so pleasant/super messy eating experience.

Secondly, they offer chips with the meal. This is a complete FAIL! The sandwich and the chips are enclosed in the Styrofoam to go container and of course, if the meal is inside of the container for over five minutes, the chips become soggy. I basically had a sandwich and chip mush on the side. It would be much better if they had some type of Indian fusion or inspired fries. All in all ok but not so great execution.

Went there on vacation, my family had been to India previously and thought the food was great. The food was really good, and the guy at the desk recommended a great drink. Super friendly, and delicious food. I got like 4 of the Badam drinks he recommended.
