Tried Mai for the first time, and we were all extremely impressed. Service was great, including several interactions with the owner.
Food was just amazing and elevated above typical Vietnamese cuisine. Fried Tofu with lemongrass and Imperial Rolls were delicious. Pho Tai was wonderful, refreshing and not greasy. We got the Lobster special that passed muster with our resident lobster addict.
Pricing was reasonable, and decor and ambiance was very nice.
Would recommend this place unconditionally for a great Vietnamese meal. I plan to go back soon...

Place has a nice look and vibe. Banh mi is excellent. Shrimp spring rolls completely tasteless. The 3 percent “non-cash” charge—never revealed on menu or —for using a credit card is a real turn-off. Could be much better if they tried.

This is pretty damn good food. Flavors are on point. Just be careful on how spicy you order the food. Even when I ordered a dish not knowing how spicy it was the flavors still popped and despite the tears in my eyes I could not stop eating it.

Amazing food! Amazon atmosphere! I love this place. The flavor is unmatched. We have tried mostly everything on the menu. The following dishes are my favorite: Vietnamese Wings, Tuna Tartare, Papayas Salad, Crispy Pork Belly, Vegetarian Tofu Rolls, Shaken Beef and Pho. Come visit!
