Max's Coal Oven Pizzeria

Good place to eat with a really cool atmosphere. Our server was great! Wide variety of pizzas to choose from and all of them are tasty. We ordered four different pizzas and our crew of 12 finished all of them off! In walking distance of the College Football Hall of Fame, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, and the Coca Cola Museum.

The food and service was fantastic. Our food arrived hot and visually appealing. The chicken parmigiana was tender and flavorful with enough food to take home. The noodles and marinara complimented the chicken with a bold flavor. The server was attentive and friendly. He went above and beyond taking care of us. We will definitely come back.

Max's is a pretty neat spot. I have been twice on my lunch break and I must say each time was amazing and consistent. The pizza was fresh out the oven and I love the garlic shrimp appetizer.

I plan on visiting on my off day to check out their bar, from what I observed the Bartender was personable, polite just like the waitresses.

This is one of my favorite pizzas of all time. You cannot go wrong here. I do wish they had more of a beer selection, but this pizza more than makes up for it! The Salumi is the go to choice for our family. Oh... And the service was great too. Did I mention how good the pizza is!?

BEST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD!!! The environment was great. It was a very cozy place with a nice patio to sit at on a warm evening. Our server was awesome. We came back a second time because my family and I loved it so much. Our server from the night before made sure to take care of us the second time. Absolutely loved it here!
