MetroFresh has pre-made salads, sandwiches, and soups to choose from. This allows you to get your food very quickly. On the downside, the soup was not hot at all. The employees are very nice and helpful, and they quickly gave me a new bowl. While the second bowl of soup was hotter than the first, it still wasn’t at the temperature I prefer. I also got a turkey sandwich, which was tasty, but overall I think at $12 for a soup and small sandwich it was overpriced. Not sure I’ll return, but it’s not a bad spot if you want a quick lunch.

This place has the best soups in Atlanta and delicious salads! The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
Only negative is that there are not many vegetarian options for the dinner entrees; would come here even more often if there were more selection.

The food was excellent, the service was great as well. I had the Gouda grits (amazing). My husband had the breakfast burrito which he said was bomb as well, and our 10 month old daughter enjoyed it all too! Dog friendly on the porch. Tables as easily moves around for different party sizes.

Great vegetarian and vegan options. I really liked the white bean and kale soup - it was as good as a soup can be without adding Italian sausage or bacon. They have dishes with chicken as well.

Interior is clean, service is quick, and the menu has plenty of healthy and fresh options that aren't just lettuce in a bowl like most places. Their salads are inventive and different. I got the tuna salad that had tuna, summer squash, cucumber, green onions, carrots, cilantro, tomatoes, perhaps a hint of olive oil but NO MAYO and it was DELICIOUS! I appreciate they don't load their salads up with mayo and oil.
