    I've gone here several times before. They are known for two things: leaving out something from your order and being as unpleasant as can be many times. Another thing that is ridiculous is that they only give you one sauce per meal depending on the meal. Then, they say you have to pay for more. More than once I've had stale tenders that were probably made the day before. I would say it just depends on the day and time you go. If you see a line there, you have a better chance at getting fresh food and better service.
