This is one of Atlanta's best hidden gems! The setting is delightfully nostalgic. The service and presentation are the best in fine dining. Everything on the menu is superb and epitomizes the axiom that you should do a few things and do them extremely well.
My family luncheon in September was here. The food and service were excellent. Also I am not a cake lover but the coconut cake is terrific!!
Service was great. Meal was wonderful- they must have an experienced chef. Best red snapper I have eaten in years. Loved the house salad dressing. Can't wait to return for more great food.
I'm a 1st timer and came here for Mother's Day. The exterior isn't much to boast about, but as you enter the restaurant, you're welcomed into a quaint, intimate, beautifully decorated ambiance. We didn't wait long for our server to approach our table. Very friendly service and excellent food. I promise you won't be disappointed. I'll repeat this restaurant!!
My wife and I have eaten here probably 50 times in the last 12 years. I can state, without hesitation, that I have never had a morsel of food at this restaurant which was an excellent. The quality of the dishes is consistent. They are clearly cooking to order because the food always comes out piping hot. The wait staff is friendly and attentive and once you become a regular customer you will find that they remember your favorites and anticipate the things that you like (such as a larger water glass or double salad). The chef is superb. Over the years she has become a friend of ours. I cannot say enough good things about Red Snapper. Every time I experiment with a new restaurant in Atlanta and don't enjoy the food or the experience, I walk behind myself and kick myself in the rear and ask myself the same thing - if you know that you are going to LOVE the food at Red Snapper every single time, why do you even bother to go somewhere else and be disappointed? Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and I very very rarely take the time to do reviews of eating places. You will not be disappointed.
